Baked Crispy Garlic Asparagus

Pam Spray
1 bushel freshly cut asparagus
½ ripe avocado
Spinach if desired
Garlic Salt to taste
1 Lime

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  On a sheet of aluminum foil sprayed generously with Pam, line up freshly cut asparagus (one bundle or two) so that none is overlapping.  Sometimes I lay the asparagus on a light bed of spinach leaves.  Scoop little cubes of avocado (1/2 of one ripe avocado) and place on top of the spears.  Spray with Pam and sprinkle garlic salt over everything to taste.  Garlic salt tastes best on asparagus heads!  Last, slice up a lime and lay on top of asparagus.  Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Slink Stirfry

Olive Oil
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
½ cooked chicken pieces if desired
Spinach
Garlic Salt to taste
Soy Sauce to taste (sparingly)

Warm pan with olive oil on low heat.  Cut up slices of yellow onion.  Add onion, oatmeal and garlic salt to warmed pan and brown slightly.  Add spinach leaves.  Continue to heat and mix for a few more minutes until spinach heats.  Add soy sauce right before taking out of pan and serve!.

Tips

Cardio!  While it is most beneficial to do a 30 minute session at a time, when time is of the essence, two 15 minute sessions are fine!  Just as long as you get it in!
